About me

I take pictures to better know myself and the others. I am constantly in search of something: will a life be enough? Maybe I am presumptuous but there is really too much to photograph and to tell by photographs. Sometimes I've got few seconds to take a picture: the lens must be ready; other times I've got all the time to take the right shot; but, fortunately, in both situations I like to follow my endless curiosity. I prefer to take pictures on the street, I can enter that world, establish a feeling with the scene and, at the same time, being a stranger. That's perfect! It requires a beautiful and interesting improvisation and each time everything is different, totally different. A little child tired of the warmth with an angry face while his mother is taking pictures eagerly. A spontaneous glance stolen between white hats. Three generations under the same umbrella. and much more to do yet. Well, feel free to leave your message here; but, even if for a moment, I took your curiosity and shared with you this wonderful and universal language.

Scatto fotografie per conoscere meglio me stesso e gli altri e sono in continua ricerca, bastera' una vita? Forse pecco di presunzione ma c'e' realmente tanto da fotografare e da poter raccontare con le fotografie. A volte ho pochi secondi per scattare la fotografia, in cui devo avere la lente pronta, in altri ho tutto il tempo per preparare lo scatto giusto, ma in entrambe le situazioni mi piace assecondare la mia infinita curiosita' (per fortuna). Preferisco le fotografia di strada in cui entro, stabilisco un contatto con la scena, e al tempo stesso ne rimango estraneo, e' perfetto, ma richiede una bella ed interessante improvvisazione e ogni volta e' tutto diverso, totalmente. Il bambino stanco del caldo con il viso imbronciato mentre la mamma scatta avidamente le sue foto, uno sguardo spontaneo rubato tra cappelli bianchi o tre generazioni sotto l'ombrello e tanto altro ancora da fare. Bene, sentitevi liberi di lasciare un commento, ma rimane per me il fatto di aver preso la vostra curiosita', anche solo per un attimo, e condividere questo meraviglioso linguaggio universale.
